I'd never had Detroit style pizza before, so I can't attest to how it compares to others, but I liked it! A lot!

It is a bit oily, but in a way that seems intentional, like the way you expect fried chicken to be oily. I think it's delicious and luxurious.

Tried Detroit style pizza for the first time ever and WOW!!! Delicious all the way! Perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Crispy sides made it perfect. They are following Covid guidelines for safety and very professional. Will definitely be back for more pizza!

Well, the pizza is good. But, I ordered a pepperoni pizza(large). With tip, it came to 27$. On 8 pieces, we counted 3 pieces of pepperoni total. If I wanted a cheese pizza, I would have ordered that! The company just called me, they said they will make it right. Even though I didn't want/expect it, it was a very nice gesture! It is a great addition to the neighborhood, even better knowing they actually care!

The best pizza in town, hands down! Get two smalls instead of one large so every piece has the wonderful edge crust! Beer is good, salads are also good, but I go back over and over for the amazing pizza. Travels well, too; take out is as wonderful at home as eating in.

We love Assembly Brewing so much!! The staff and owner George are incredible. The Detroit style pizza they make with love is unique to this region and is definitely our new favorite!! The cheesy crispy edges and the best sauce in town, even my NY hubby raves about it so you know his pizza opinion counts. The beers they brew are too notch and they are serving up To-Go orders during the covid times. Support this Black owned business and eat lots of delicious pizza and good beer!
