Great lunch/brunch spot. Restaurant is small and a bit loud, but very homey feel. I ordered the danish pancakes, hot dog, and daily soup which was split pea and bacon. The danish pancakes were fluffy and delicious! The hot dog tasted good, but it was very messy to eat which was frustrating. There were also too many pickled vegetables- they were very overpowering and also not listed in the ingredients on the menu. The soup was delicious and hearty with just the right amount of carrots and bacon.

Perfectly proportioned and with flavors equally capable of transporting you home as to the Continent, the breakfast items we indulged in really hit the spot on the rainy day on which we ventured out on a little culinary exploration. There is every likelihood that we will return!

Fantastic! The food was so good! I got the swedish hash with Nordic rye, and a potato pancake. It was rediculous good and super fresh tasting. The coffee was excellent. My wife got the scramble, and that was excellent as well. Portion sizes for each meal were perfect! Staff were friendly, and super attentive. My coffee was always full. I look forward to coming back here and trying everything on their menu.

If you encounter a wait here (which is likely), just stay and wait. It's worth it!

There were four of us on a Sunday during the Memorial Day weekend. We arrived around 10:30am and had to wait about 45 minutes. It was worth it. Our group ordered the pancakes (that are shaped like donut holes), baked egg scramble, the Lost Eggs, and the lefse. My favorites were the last two.

We decided to search out an authentic Scandanavian restaurant with our Danish foreign exchange student and found this little hole-in-the-wall. It is very small, and very busy from the moment it opens -- so get there early!! The staff was helpful and friendly but very busy, so don't get upset if they look like they aren't paying attention -- they are!! The food smells and looks delicious, and tastes fantastic.

Importantly, one of our meals did get lost in translation and the cook didn't make it -- but they were very apologetic and gave us extra goodies while waiting for it to cook! Excellent service, food, and the atmosphere was kind and fun and casual.
