How I wish Jacqueline was closer to my house, I would be here every other day. Hubs and I make the trip across town whenever we have a desire for fish and seafood, which is often. Excellent oyster happy hour, consistent delicious food, and a super kind staff. Delightful ambiance.

Ordered the daily dozen and the squid ink spaghetti. Good selection of vinegars and hot sauces for the various local oysters. The squid was cooked perfectly, and seasoned even better. It is spicy for those sensitive to heat, but I loved it!

I love this place :) The food has so many wonderful flavors. Go with a friend so you can get the Tasting Menu - which is pricey at $60 per person in your group - but worth the splurge once in a while. Wine choice by the glass is limited - but also good. Also reservation is recommended - unless you can score a place at the bar.

Jacqueline was a great find for our trip to Portland. All of the food was great and reasonably priced. If you can make it to their $1 oyster happy hour, I highly suggest it! Great service and a great atmosphere. Reservations recommended because there was a line outside 20 minutes prior to opening. Reservations are available on their website.

Love the different oils that come with the oysters. Oysters are even great on happy hour. Loved the white wine on happy hour as well. The regular menu items were delicious also.
