It's good to see another place that has some good Hainan Chicken Rice dish. This place is located in the bore PDX food cart pod. The Hainan Chicken here is pretty good, when adding their sauces, it brings it to another level. I need to ask for extra sauce next time! Their pork belly and Thai Chilly wings were also tasty. This cart has some great potential and I hope they are here for the long run.

I have been here twice now, both back-to-back days actually haha, and I am in love! Eating out is often difficult for me due to dietary restrictions, but not an issue here. If there is a component I can't have, it's packaged as a side already so the decision is left to me as the consumer. Which is great!

I have had the Soy Sauce Chicken and the Hainan Chicken so far. My partner had the Lemon Pepper Wings. Everything was so tasty and good. My favorite is the Soy Sauce Chicken because you can eat it without adding the sauce and it's so flavorful.

I would've posted a photo but I ate the food fast before I remembered to grab the camera. 😅

The people who run this cart are delightful and friendly, and have gained a repeat customer for as long as they're around. 🥰

Great service, clean food and overall just a great addition to Portland's SE food cart scene. I have tried the three main dishes and I would definitely recommend the pork belly or soy chicken. Good taste, great eat. If I could, I would suggest an addition of more menu options such as a side of vegetables? Excited for the next time.

We got the Hainan Chicken and Pork Belly. Both were delicious and we loved the sauces that came with the chicken. The person who served us was super friendly. We will be back!
