    Newish Puerto Rican cart in SE Portland. Unknowingly stumbled upon it during my first visit to Cartlandia. So happy to see they're there - tried the pork belly mofongo, pork belly rice dish as well.

    Great flavors and awesome food. Brings me back home. Portions are a little smaller than I expected but overall amazing food. Will go back soon!

    Incredible Puerto Rican food. The pork belly was next-level good. Definitely worth a try. Also, the price point is very reasonable.

    Eddie and his family are nice people who make amazing food. Always with a smile and we just can't get enough of it.
