    Chef Ryan and his team do a fabulous job capturing PNW flavors into a delicious and thoughtful, yet hearty 5-course meal. The Oysters & Apples experience is a warm and inviting introduction into fine dining (for those unaccustomed to enjoying a chef tasting style menu) in a casual and relaxing environment. The communal seating allows for the opportunity to meet new people yet you can also comfortably enjoy a date night or special occasion celebration. Great for foodies and aspiring foodies!

    I enjoyed a lovely 5-course dinner the other night with one my friends. Every dish was absolutely delicious and I love that the pop-up was at HunnyMilk, one of my favorite brunch spots. We both had the wine pairings, which was a great idea. I loved that all the guests sat family style at a long table, and the Chef came out after each course was served to explain the dish. I'm definitely looking forward to one of the future pop-ups!
