Whole menu is Gluten Free! If you've been craving great fish and chips in the Reed area, this is the place!
I just had the best fried oysters ever! Each large, fresh oyster had been meticulously cleaned (don't you hate it when you bite down on the tough muscle if oyster has not been properly prepped), and then covered in a thin crispy coating . I had a thought to keep this pearl to myself...but that would be really selfish.
As an out of towner, the place can be a little tricky to find but aside from that, the seafood is incredibly fresh. We had hot lobster rolls which were buttery (but not overly greasy) and the lobster was tender and melted in your mouth. It's pretty no frills, but I think that's the whole point. A great place to stop by for lunch!
We live in the neighborhood, so we go about once a month. The quality is very good, which is why the prices seem a little high. I usually get the rock fish, which is quite fresh. We have tried most fish and chips in town, and prefer these to anything we have had outside the UK.
This place was so good! My boyfriend and I traveled to Oregon and we just finished with the Portland zoo and felt a bit hungry and wanted some good fish and chips we found this place and it was so good! Crispy salted fries with excellent cod and halibut crisp fish. They also had the bottled cokes ????also great service and very clean. There is also parking!
