    Very unique, great options of ramen. Try their "milk bread" when you can find it, its awesome...and all vegan!

    Really the most delicious, unique vegan ramen I've ever experienced. The chef consistently creates yummy and innovative bowls and sides. Their onigiri sells out quickly so order early. The new milk bread is to die for, when you can get it!

    The best ramen I’ve ever had!!! They do Japanese-Persian vegan food and it’s not just the food that’s great: they’re amazing people too. I live in Michigan and went to their cooking class when I was in Portland, and I’m basically their biggest fan/supporter. I can’t wait to move to Portland so I can eat their food all the time! I LOVE SAFFRAMEN!
