It’s a sausage fest. Chicken Parmesan is my favorite.

    This is a specialty sausage-maker...
Not a "Spanish Restaurant", as Google titles it. They do not serve food or drink here, only sausages to take home and cook. Bratwurst? Sure. Chicken with feta or parmesan? Absolutely! Lamb merguez? Got it. And lots more. Lovely stuff (pun intended????).

These guys are super friendly and all of the sausages I've bought have been great! I smoke mine. So snappy! ????????????????

These are fantastic. I get a couple packages every month or so from the Vancouver farmers market. I mostly get hot Italian, but I tried the chicken spinach feta with red pepper flakes and it was outta sight!

Scratch Meats produces some of the Best, if not The Best, sausages I've Ever had the pleasure to eat. There's a broad selection to choose from, everything is produced in-house, and it's handmade right in N. Portland!
Scratch Meats sells directly from their facility in N. Portland, and at various Farmer's Markets/neighborhood fairs throughout the area. Call 'em for dates/locations... Absolutely Excellent!
