A good place to have either brunch or a lunch meeting that is located on the Eastside. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. Their pastries are delicious.
Amazing bakery with a cafe offering nice breakfast and brunch items. The NW location can get very very loud and chaotic with wait staff delivering food and a long line at the counter. If you are looking for french baked goods to-go, this place is great. I would highly recommend the chouquettes and croissants.
Perfect bakery and cafe in NW portland with a French flair serving wonderful pastries, breads, treats and also lunch and prepared breakfast. I wanted to keep it simple and therefore, just bought an olive and fennel bread roll with my house coffee. The breads are crunchy, chewy and fresh, and you can see a baker baking bread in the open kitchen. The place fills up during peak hours and so finding a place to sit can be a challenge. But that just further shows the popularity and quality of this place. A great place for awesome hot beverages and decadent and hearty desserts. Highly recommended.
Decadent and indulgent. There is no way to visit one time and not make a mistake ordering. Try everything. Bread and pastry are top notch
This place invokes many different senses and feelings. The smell of baking is everywhere, that jus adds to the wonderful taste of bread and perfectly balanced black coffee. Interesting salad dressing, beyond traditional choices. Watch bakers kneading dough, hear conversations all around, look at a child jumping in front of the display of baked goods, too excited to choose one...
