Suki's Bar & Grill

I was born in Portland but have always lived in the suburbs and never really was a big bar scene person. I’m almost 30 years old and I’ve been pushing my introvert lifestyle boundaries and have been trying to do more in downtown Portland.

I stopped by here with my wife and we had a blast! The atmosphere was fun and we did not feel awkward at all. The staff was really helpful and welcoming. Jared the bartender was really nice and I want to thank him for being super cool.

The drinks were perfect and price for the drinks were very reasonable. The appetizers were great as well.

We came here because of the reviews we read, they all said karaoke here was a lot of fun and it definitely was. We had such a good time, met some really nice people and ended up closing the bar.

Fun little watering hole. One pool table, a large connect-four game, karaoke and video game (gambling) machines are all available in case you do not want to enjoy one of the booths in the front, outside seating or chairs that belly up to the bar. Service seems very nice and the drinks seem to be quite on point. I have yet to sample the food, but the people around me who did seemed to be rather pleased. The only complaint would be the lack of amazingness in the pool ques on hand. Those and the pool table could use a little bit of love.

Good place to watch a game, especially early morning games as they open at 9 a.m. and have a pretty tasty breakfast menu. They also have a pool table if the game gets out of hand.
