The Fireside

The atmosphere and wait staff were amazing, as were the drinks! It's your typical pub fair with a Portland twist on a few of the ingredients. Unfortunately, the pasta my wife ordered was a little too salty - but the staff quickly exchanged it for another meal!

Used to LOVE coming here. Now they have literally almost no vegetarian options which is super disappointing. My family and I had to stop coming here cause I think there was maybe only in one veg entree. I hope they reconsider providing more cruelty free dishes so that we can return and enjoy their outdoor space again.

Fireside was excellent. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor each table has a heater, indoor there are several fireplaces and the whole ambiance was quite inviting. The food, however, was amazing. My entire party had the NY Strip and it was wonderful. It comes with delicious sauce and carrots. We were able to get seated right away inside (requires proof of vaccination). The staff was super friendly and we had a great experience overall!

Truly appreciate the work The Fireside put into creating an great outdoor dining space! Covered from the wind (but not a quarantine tent), several flame heaters making a great atmosphere, the food and libations are incredible - terrific selection for date night in Portland! Vaccination required for indoor dinning which is great too but the outdoor space is incredible! Thank you Fireside!

What a beautiful space! It was cozy and busy without being overwhelming. The Brussels sprouts were awesome. Service was attentive without being overbearing.
Great experience.
