    Always amazing and the kindest people. I am in love with the food here! We drive from Salem just to eat it.

    What an amazing little place! Some awesome choices between savory and sweet (and mixes of the two). Service was excellent and priced were similar to the other carts. Can't recommend it enough!

    Five star service with five star flavor! Their menu is made up of several creative and unique waffle sandwiches - I've tried two so far and will be working my way through them all - AND as a proud gluten eater I could not even tell the waffles were made with gluten free batter (typically a turn off I will be honest). If you're in the mood for an exceptional spin on the sandwich give this joint a try. There is even a beer cart next door!

    Absolutely LOVE these waffles! I have't ever found an ALL gluten free waffle cart! They perfected the waffle batter, and all of their combos are so innovative and delicious. The owners were so friendly and gave better service than any food truck I've been to. If you are in Portland, this place is a MUST!
