Verde Cocina's Buenos Dias Catering & Events

This catering company is fantastic not just because the food is absolutely delicious but the catering manager, Shauna Flynn , goes above and beyond to accommodate all of our last minute changes and the event evening where people were just not doing as they were supposed to and staying at their tables she handled it all seamlessly. The food was fantastic and several people at the end of the evening told me how great it was if it had not been for Shauna I don’t think the evening would have been nearly as smooth as it was. They served a 160 plated meals that all came out great. I highly recommend them. Tammy Weatherly

Hands down the BEST tacos I have ever had in my life. I was at a wedding last night that they catered and the food was top notch! The staff was very polite and very accommodating. If I ever have to cater an event I will definitely keep them in mind.

I coordinated a wedding this past weekend with Verde Cocina. Shauna and her team are so exceptional to work with. The Bride and Groom chose a taco bar...The food was incredible; everything was gluten free, which was so accommodating to many of the guests. I definitely recommended Verde Cocina's Catering and Events!

I decided to go with Buenos Dias catering due to the fact that I was planning an event for 200 people in a parking lot with no electricity. They brought it large propane grills and cooked OUTSTANDING fresh food that met everyone's dietary restrictions. The staff was super friendly and very efficient. No one waited longer than a minute to get their fresh food hot off the grill. I received many compliments from co-workers on how delicious the food was. I had worked with Shauna the catering manger and she was flexible at meeting our food and financial needs. I would not hesitate to use them again! You will not be disappointed!
