Gilgamesh Brewing: The Woods

Its god and their beers on tap are great. The food has been a little hit and miss. For a brewing company, you'd think the burgers would be top notch. Honestly you cant go wrong with their Mac Attack. Sounds weird when you read it, but oh so good.

New restaurant in West Salem. Easy parking. Found a seat, able to ask about the brews and sample a few. Menu very similar (same?) as South Salem location. Group was served quickly, drinks first then entrees. Many remarked that chicken curry was very good, steak salad was very good, steak was done as ordered, pickles onions were highlight.

Newish restaurant with a decent selection of beer. The food was good and the service was very attentive. I like the dining environment but it wasn't something that blew me away. I recommend this place and will be back. A solid 4 stars????.

The service was good and the atmosphere is very nice. It was not busy at all when we went to an early dinner around 4:00. I enjoyed the Mamba beer, but nobody at our table was super excited about their meal. It was very over-priced in my opinion as well. $13.50 for a burger and fries that wasn't as tasty as Nancy's. We're glad we tried it, but I'll only be returning if I go for a beer.

My boyfriend an I went here for a date night, an we instantly loved the way the place was presented an how clean everything was. We ordered a appetizer, the spinach & artichoke dip! The taste was perfect! We loved it, however the consistency an texture was almost like baby food, would be better a little more chunky. But flavor was on point! We also ordered a flight deck of assortments of beer to try, the beers were good, an the waitress Ruth was amazing an very knowledgeable an helpful! The food was also fantastic that we ordered an we will definitely be returning again! Great experience!
