“Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. My husband and I had the loaded tots, fried pickles, and chicken bacon ranch pizza. The tots were great. The fried pickles were just a bit under done and could have used some seasoning in the batter. Both appetizers came out quick. Service was excellent, without a doubt. The pizza took as long as advertised which wasn't an issue. The bacon on it was thick cut and very good. I wanted to like the house made from scratch crust more, but I ended up with so much plain flour rolled under the raised crust edge that I could roll it back and pour the flour out. Ultimately, I just opted to not eat the crust at all. It was a solid experience. My only complaint about the atmosphere is that they left the door open to the smoking portion of the patio and towards the end of the meal I was smelling cigarette smoke. The staff was very friendly and seemed exceptionally chatty and welcoming to everyone who sat at the bar.”

“The food may appear to be average but the freshness and flavor of the fried seafood was some of the best we've had. Salad romain was crisp and sweet, not bitter. They kicked it up a notch with heavily frosted mugs for our beer. Service was very informal and family run atmosphere but timely.”

“LOVE Wanda's! Definitely recommend! Service, food, drinks, seating options, decor, music, shopping options, and the entire experience is just fantastic! We have been several times and have the same great experience each time. It can be busy on the weekends - so prepare to possibly wait a bit before you get seated and just remember the wait will be worth it! While you wait you can order a specialty coffee or enjoy the house drip coffee and a pastry/baked good if you choose. Man, haven't even gotten to the food. Ha The food is super yummy! Really think there is something here for everyone to enjoy. So far, we have enjoyed multiple breakfast options and their veggie sandwich with turkey and a tossed salad. So yummy! I have no doubt the rest of their menu is delicious! Easily our favorite breakfast spot on the OR Coast!”

“The Bayway Eatery was not open when we arrived at around 9:30 a.m. It had signs of not ever being open but I may be mistaken, you may need to call. However, the Bayway Tavern directly next door was open for breakfast. It's a tidy menu but, I ordered the eggs benedict and was not disappointed 👍 Portion size was quite reasonable for the price. It's a little rugged inside but I don't come to the Oregon Coast for flashy.”

“I cannot emphasize enough how incredible the food was at this little hidden gem on the river. The coleslaw was amazing, crunchy and sweet. The fish and chips batter was light and crunchy - fish cooked just right. My grandson especially loved the french fries which I believe had a Cajun seasoning on them. The outdoor seating is heated and pet- friendly. There are some picnic tables that sit right on the river that was nice to look at in the evening time. I will definitely be back to this food cart the next time I'm in town!”
