The Schooner Restaurant & Lounge

We enjoyed our visit. They have a heated covered outdoor patio with a large community table. It makes for a fun space.

All of our food items were well prepared. I appreciate how the kitchen staff placed some of the larger fish pieces with the smaller pieces, creating dishes of equal size.

The servers were attentive, meeting all our needs but never made us feel rushed.

My husband and I came to Netarts for a quick weekend getaway and decided to have dinner at The Schooner. It was nice that they took reservations for small parties, which made going out on a Saturday evening much more worry-free. We sat in their heated, covered patio, which overlooked the bay area. The food was delicious and our server was sweet as pie - wish I could remember her name! We will definitely plan to come back here next time we are in town.

Fantastic locally sourced, causal, fine dining, waterfront restaurant. To be noted prices have increased in the last six month's by about 30%, a noticeable difference... but the food and alcoholic beverages are still exceptional! Well worth it in my book, for a consistently delicious higher end meal. There's always something new on the menu to try, and food you'll absolutely love! That will keep you coming back for more. Reservations recommend but not a necessity.
