Mexico Lindo

Pretty good, but there are better trucks nearby in my opinion. Their meat is lacking in flavor, asada is always too chewy, the chicken is too wet for the tortillas .. causing them to fall apart entirely. The one thing I return for is the breakfast burrito. They use real eggs and potato! Rather than liquid egg and pre packaged hashbrowns like most places. Salsa is fresh.

Very good quality food. They have expanded to other locations but this one is much. Better than downtown beaverton. Big portions.

WOOO this place has great tortas. They do a great job getting the perfect balance of all the ingredients. You never feel like you have too much or too little of one aspect of the torta. It's just enough to make you give it a little kiss as you go in for each bite.
Their tacos are good too, but you just cant miss out on the tortas. Too good to pass up.

This is a really good place for street style tacos. The tortillas for the tacos are rolled out and grilled on the spot and the meat filling choice is the best on the westside of Portland. Reasonable prices and always busy.
