Koreana Restaurant

Been in Portland forever. The feel good spot for Koreans to eat Korean food. Always has been and always will hold a place dear in my heart. Love the decor and the service. Small and fast with all the smells and sounds you would expect.

I usually for the spicy chicken bulgogi, and it's been perfect every single time. Their pork belly was superb, and the little side dishes are great.

Delicious food! The BBQ isn't the kind you cook at the table however, but it's still tasty. Their "Casseroles" are like giant hotpots filled with all sorts of delicious! I.e. various meats, vegetables, tofu, and noodles.

Korean is my new favorite ethnic food. Every restaurant is so unique with the side salads they give you with your meal. This place is quaint and inviting. The service is fast and sweet. I got my food soo fast. Ordered the Spicy Pork for $19. It was enough for 2 meals, which my husband will enjoy the second half tomorrow. The salads were probably the best I have tasted around the Portland area. My I like to combine most of them together with a piece of meat and a tiny bit of rice on a spoonful. Perfection. Delicious and nutritious. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes. They have probably 1/3 - 1/2 of their menu with soup type options from what I could see. It would be fun to come with a larger group and order their combination meal that is on the very back page. 4 different types of items to create a giant meal. My family will love to come next time.

It's a quaint little place. The hostess/server was charming and attentive. The serving portion was sizable, more than we could eat, but not too hefty. Prices were comparable. Overall, a nice experience.
