Mary's place is an old school diner..where everything is homemade and the prices are half of anywhere else. It is a very homey and cute little place. The food is excellent.
I only been here like 6 times and Everytime Delicious Food, friendly service and awesome prices. I really like this place , A little kitchen from the past(old times)
Mary's is a cozy little diner that caters to the local community. Travellers are welcome and Elvis impersonators are encouraged. The place claims home cooked meals served with a smile and sadly, the smile was lacking, but the food was good anyway. There were plenty of smiling locals aside from the waitress.
I liked the little 'hole in a wall / greasy spoon" vibe and Elvis memorabilia. The prices are truly lowest I have seen, 2 eggs / 2 pancakes / 4 small strips of bacon (smallest strips I have seen too) for $6.95! The food/taste aligned to the price and vibe. It took a long time to get the food and though I got a cup of coffee quickly after sitting, it was never refilled or even offered to be. You get what you pay for, so as long as your expectations align to that, Mary's Kitchen is a good bang for your buck!
