Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill - Tanasbourne

This place has great food. If there's a dot by it on the menu, it's superb. Great selection of food and beverages. Fish and chips rival coast restaurants, the fries are like McMenamins only better (yeah I said it, fight me), and the Gastropub burger was "pretty damn good".

Server started out great, but then decided to leave our entrees sitting under the heating lamp while he watched a basketball game. The food was cold when it got to us. The manager comped one and remade another, so that was nice. But I highly doubt I'll be back any time soon

Nice and cozy. Food choices and service are great too. Nice to see on top of the door the sentence "...enter as strangers, leave as friends.." even in my case I entered for a farewell lunch with my ex coworkers... which looks like more the opposite for me... however the lunch was great!

Service is great! Coffee is way too good! We went on a Saturday so I had brunch and my friend had a sandwich. She can be a very picky eater but loved the sandwich. I had the pork belly breakfast. It was spicy enough so didn't need extra hot sauce.
