    We Love Changs . It is what you make of it. Literally. If it tastes bad , ha u messed up! If you've never been, your missing out. Bring cash !

    Very friendly wait staff. The guys managing the grill were a hoot, and the friendliest I've yet experienced from any location. Restaurant appeared clean and orderly. My only wish was that the sauce selections were a bit more concentrated, as they were watered down enough that they didn't imbue much to the dish.

    This is a "all you can eat" Asian inspired buffet. This self service buffet features a great assortment of fresh food ingredients to choose from...
    I suggest you use 2 bowls. 1 for your meat selection(s) and another bowl for your vegetables...
    Your dish is cooked on a open grill in front of you by Excellent and Entertaining chefs!!!
    Be sure to ask for white sticky rice and wraps, when you waitress / waiter asks about your choice of soup...
    Nice added bonus is a dish of vanilla ice cream with a choice of toppings at the end of your meal!!!

    * My only complaint or suggestion would to be offer individual "tongs" to each customer to pick food ingredients with. As unfortunately, not all customers wash their hands before entering the food line...

    It was decent. Chilly in the restaurant and there was shrimp in my food from the previous pile of food. I didn't add shrimp to my plate. The people working the grills used the same spatulas for all the food being cooked, cross contaminating the food being simultaneously cooked.

    I miss this place in Seattle. This is, to me, the OG Mongolian Grill. The best selection for food and sauces. And they have the ice cream dessert!!!
