McMenamins Raleigh Hills Pub

Quality as they're known to be. Only change is they have gone w a more commercial vibe. Quality is there though not like they did it with the first two establishments that opened.
And of course that is just my opinion.
It's a terrific experience. A step above in every respect, as far as the hospitality business is relative.

Good service ice finally. Have been there on and off for 12 years and they finally have positive, friendly staff. My visit was FABULOUS!!

We went there during happy hour on a Saturday. Very busy but employees still had friendly and welcoming demeanor. Enjoyed the happy hour food and the limited edition White Tiger beer... So good!! Cozy location, and sitting at the bar, we had a decent view of the game on the TV. Food was good and we can highly recommend the White Tiger. All in all, great time at a McMenamins location.

So disappointed. I have always had great service at all the other restaurants. Hair is never a good thing to find at the end of the meal. Still great food if hair doesn't bother you. Cheers !????

Top notch customer service! I popped in to get a passport stamp and buy a Ruby Christmas ornament. Unfortunately I forgot Ruby and didn't realize until the next day. I called and asked if I could get it a refund. The manager actually offered to ship it out of state for me, at no cost! I couldn't believe it! She just arrived today and is now adorning my tree.

I'm on my Cosmic Tripster quest and love McMenamins for many reasons. But it's interactions like this that really makes it for me.
