My favorite place to go because of coco. She is really accommodating and gives excellent service. She is really polite. Someone needs to give her a raise. I definitely will be back again. Seeing her work through the long line of customers made me realize how calm and courteous she is with each person. You rock coco!

Went in on Saturday evening for a few sandwiches, chips and cookies. They young lady working was super nice, accommodating, happy to help me, we talked about her son and mother and how they went on a trip to Europe as she was making my sandwiches. She unsold my choices which is great for the business owner, she eagerly suggested cookies and chips, I said ok. Being a Director of a Food & Beverage for a corporate hotel group I know amazing service when I experience it. I should have gotten the ladies name, however it been a long day and I wanted to get home. The only thing that bothered me was not being able to tip her for her service, I didn’t have any cash on me, she said it’s ok, don’t worry about it. Well I am, it doesn’t take much for a business downer or store leader to contact merchant services and have them walk you through setting up a tip option on your terminal. When sourcing hard working individuals it’s critical you set your team up for success, which also includes financial bonuses that guests tend to leave for good service. I sure hope you read your reviews and take it upon yourself to change this policy and call your bank and add tipping to credit card purchases. This little bit extra can mean a lot for some team members! I know when I’ve seen adds for subway, in the company adds for employment is says hourly plus tips, limiting tips because you don’t have updated or team focused policies in place effects peoples lively hoods! I can’t imagine working for a place that serves food and doesn’t accept tips via cc for whatever reason! It’s an easy fix, I hope the next time I come in I’m asked if I’d like to leave a tip! Other locations do this by the way! However I’d love to continue to support your location because of the exceptional customer service we always get. Especially whoever was working January, 4th at 6:10pm. I Almost offered her a job! People like this are hard to come by. Support them and come up with recourses that our money in both of your pockets!

The staff is cool and down to earth. Someone needs to give the Hispanic girl who is always in there in the daytime a raise. Shes very friendly, and works hard. This place is nice and pleasant.

The young woman working today Wednesday the 22nd is a real hard working efficant employee. Give her a raise. The store is clean and veggies are fresh.
