    Quick to serve and responsive. More knowledgeable than others I have worked with. They fixed problems from others who have wasted my money on.

    I found the customer service to be top notch! They went out of their way, above and beyond any customer service I've ever encountered. The girl at the front desk was wonderful and so was the tech. Thank you Cool Temp. We will use you again if needed.

    I've done a lot of business with this company. They usually have the fastest response time for restaurant equipment repair for anyone I've used in the South Portland metro area. Most of the techs have been good. Probably not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either.

    I'm not sure why all the one star reviews....

    A lot of restaurateurs buy cheap, Chinese made equipment then wonder why it breaks all the time and it's difficult to fix. Probably not the repair guy's fault that you're a tight wad.
