Morning Thunder Cafe

Has downtown McMinnville always been this cute? The cherry on top of the cute surroundings (with ample parking), is the Morning Thunder Cafe. The servers were hustling, yet super friendly, the patrons were all delightful, and the food was amazing. I had the basic breakfast and it re-ignited my love for breakfast. The bacon was perfect, the eggs were perfect and the homemade toast made me homesick for my mom's bread. So fresh, organic and lovely! Go here now!

My boyfriend had an omelette, I had biscuits and gravy and we split an order of the pancake hushpuppies! Everything is delicious and made from scratch. The biscuit was light and fluffy and the same for his omelette. This breakfast also came with homemade toast! Super yummy. The atmosphere was very laid back and cozy. The servers were very nice!

Had the best brunch date ever with my love. I had the smoked salmon scramble with spinach, mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatos; potatoes and sliced home baked bread not in the picture. He had the bacon cheese burger with fries. The food and atmosphere was amazing and not too badly priced either. We positively love this place and will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been to the restaurant 3 times now and every time everything is hot and delicious! The portions are huge for the price you pay. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home.

Can't believe I've lived here for over 17 years and never knew about Morning Thunder. Amazing food and enough for at least two meals. The price is great for all you get. The staff is friendly and I love the decor. Highly recommend!
