G&W Caribbean Smoked BBq

Pulled pork, pulled chicken, baby back ribs, Mac and cheese, potato salad, coleslaw, rice and beans were all great. Great service and good portions for prices!

This food cart is phenomenal. The pork was tender, the chicken was incredibly flavorful, and the Mac and cheese was deliciously smokey. This is the only place within almost a 20 mile radius to find Caribbean options like plantains and creole beans. The flavors represent the region so well. Dominique was the absolute sweetest, she made the experience all the more wonderful.

The pulled pork is top notch, perfectly smoked and flavored. I’d say it’s the best you’ll have for miles. The Smoked Mac n Cheese is also fantastic — it’s a taste of home to anyone searching for the comfort of authentic Haitian cuisine. If you’re lucky enough to show up when Dominique is working, it won’t take you long to notice her immense kindness! We fell in love with her cart and this food instantly.

Had the griol plate with the addition of rice and beans and it was deliciously satisfying. The flavors were unique and interesting and the plantains were perfect. Will be eating here again!
