“As with others that have reviewed, Forage has some of the best food I have ever eaten. I have been to many places to eat and many are good (and some not so good), but this was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the music was perfect for what I listen to, the owner Chris and chef Evan greeted me right away and welcomed me in and made me feel at home. I started out with the charred artichoke dip, which normally I am not huge on artichoke dip, but let me say I finished the whole thing myself. I then got a margarita pizza and it was amazing! The crust is hands down the best! If you want to have an amazing experience, whether local, or from afar, stop by Forage and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!!!”

“Love BBQ, especially brisket and this place is delicious! The smoked brisket ciabatta was so yummy I forgot to take a pic before it was all gone. The corned beef brisket sandwich was yummy too, with the owners homemade slaw on it! The crinkle fries were wonderful and my son almost ate them all without sharing. The owners are super friendly and make sure you got everything you need to eat!”

Here's what I love. Wine Bar ... in Newberg... not a tasting room, a wine bar - so right! But not a ho-hum, wine bar. They have wines from Italy, bubbles, too - yes, they have the CA whites, but a good selection. CA reds too. Of course, Oregon wines, nice selection. Prices don't gouge. Ask Roger - I just met him - he was like 'let me see what else I have' and found a few gems for me in cool side cabinet. Ben's the chef - salt of the Yamhill Earth - his Dad's in town, down the Dundee way, he decided to come back and help out family our and I am so glad he did! Wow, does he know his way around some spices and pizza crust! My pizza was the best I've had in Newberg - did I mention I live here? Crust is fluffy and thin(- er, and did I say 'fluffy' - oh yeah) that marinara sauce has something in it that's divine! I wanted a sprinkle of pesto on my pizza and he actually came out and asked what I wanted and then delivered! Holy Wine Bar! I almost passed this place up, but thought, nah, I gotta see what's going on here. SO glad I did. To my Newberg neighbors, let's keep this place our little fabulous secret. :) Enjoy.”

“This is an excellent Korean restaurant with plenty of vegetarian options. I had the tofu bibimbap which was the right amount of spicy/savory and delicious. The owner is a very nice man and they make the food quickly but with care. Food is priced appropriately as well. Would be nice to have a delivery option but that is hard for any business to manage especially with COVID -- I will definitely be going back in the future!”

“This place is AWESOME! I had drove by this place many times after recently moving to Carlton, Oregon. It always seemed to be busy, (a sign of good food) and I had really wanted to stop and try for myself. My father came down from Olympia Washington last week and helped me for a few days on our property. By nature and by tradition, we gravitate towards a place like Jem 100. They did NOT fall short.
