A three course meal, with extras throw in, delicious wine and mushrooms melded into recipes that were mouthwatering and presented so well it was almost sad to take a bite and destroy its picturesque beauty. Mushroom soup, risotto to die for...deserts hard to top. Main course meats so tender they melt in your mouth.. there were other options as well for non meat eaters out there. Ya sure, I imagine the price will probably scare some folks away, but it was worth every penny. Pretty reasonably priced though for fine dining of this caliber I think. Gratuity is included in the bill at 18% automatically. The service was top notch. Need reservations as well, so keep that in mind.”

“This place is AWESOME! I had drove by this place many times after recently moving to Carlton, Oregon. It always seemed to be busy, (a sign of good food) and I had really wanted to stop and try for myself. My father came down from Olympia Washington last week and helped me for a few days on our property. By nature and by tradition, we gravitate towards a place like Jem 100. They did NOT fall short. The Bloody Mary trio was the most incredible sampling of flavors concocted by some sort of beautiful genius who apparently wants nothing more than to out-do any other Bloody Mary from any establishment the world over. And I say this as a Wisconsinite, and we take our Bloodys VERY seriously. The food was tasty, and special care was taken to accommodate my food allergy (lactose), which I was very thankful for. Service was wonderful, and our server was helpful suggesting a few other things to do and see in the area. Wish they would open one of these up in Dallas!”
