Today was our first visit. We had no idea what a gem we were missing out on. They make flat bread pizzas in an outdoor oven, offer wines slushies, wine tastings, and cider tastings. I also saw loaded nachos on the menu. All of the staff were friendly. We'll definitely visit again.
I would rate this visit 5-stars just based on the view alone! My husband and I came to this location because of the Adams County Pour Tour - and I am so glad we did. Had it not been for the Pour Tour, we probably would not have known about this location during our trip to Gettysburg. However, our drive in was incredibly beautiful. We were happy to see there was live music out on the porch. We sampled a cider flight and a wine flight and were so surprised by the Root Beer cider! If they are offering that on your visit, don't miss out on the Root Beer cider. (I don't like soda!) I was also thrilled to see that they offered gluten free flatbread. Talking to the owner, he told me they have several family members with gluten allergies, so they have worked hard to make excellent-tasting gluten free foods. Nailed it! This was easily one of our favorite spots on all of the Adams County Pour Tour; next time we are in Gettysburg, we will stop here again!
We were the first people here and the staff (possible owner?) was SO nice. We got to pick the music (pop for bachelorette party vibes.) chips= 10/10, pretzel bites 8/10, blueberry lemonade cider= 12/10
We held my wife’s 40th birthday party here last weekend. Kim and the staff at Boyers were beyond fantastic! They helped with all of the preplanning and went above and beyond with their service on the day of. We are customers for life and look forward to enjoying the wine and the views from the porch all summer long.
Great tasting room experience with good wines and friendly people. We stayed for pizza and it was really good as well. The outside area was comfortable and the views were nice.
As far as the wines, we thought the whites were really nice. The reds were good too if you don’t have expectations by varietal. Like the Zinfandel wasn’t very plummy and was surprisingly off-dry, but I thought was still a good wine. We didn’t realize they had ciders and fruit wine, so that was a nice surprise.
