“This Dunkin location is hit or miss. While I enjoy the convenience of having Dunk in New Oxford, the hassle is that this shop always seems to mess up my order. I'm either missing something. My drink is not made, or a sandwich is made wrong. The staff are friendly and always correct the mistakes.”

“Tried this place for the first time last night. Being a Friday night, I expected a wait. It was way longer than I had expected. It took an hour, but the staff were all inside busting their butts off, they were just that busy. I would maybe suggest turning the phone off next time they get that busy, it was nuts in there. Tons of people waiting inside for their food to be done, wait times were far from accurate, and the phones just kept ringing. I felt bad for the staff having to run around like that. Food was steaming hot, got it fresh out of the oven. Everything tasted great. I’d definitely recommend, just not on a weekend night.”

“1st time there since redo. Absolutely GORGEOUS! Almost unrecognizable! BEAUTIFUL & what AMBIANCE! Plus, we love JAKE! DRINKS were DELICIOUS! Very Crowded, so a little wait for food, but Understandable. Crab cakes were full of lump crab, they were right, no filler! A tiny bit salty for me, but only if I had to find something wrong. Steamed shrimp wasn't hot. They kindly tried again. Came out scalding hot. Forgiven. OVERALL, SPECTACULAR, UNIQUE, LOVELY, DINING EXPERIENCE! Will be back! KUDOS!”

“We tried this place for the first time. It was quite busy. The inside is very nice, love the open rafters and all the old wood accents. It is very casual atmosphere and open design for socializing if you choose. The food was very good. My husband got crab cakes which he really enjoyed, the were made with REAL crab meat. I got the 4pc chicken with mashed potatoes. Which to my pleasant surprise were also REAL potatoes, not instant. It was a very nice dinner for 2. The only problem we had was it was very chilly in the dining area. I was really cold when our nice hot food came. It helped warm me up. We WILL go back for sure.”

“The food at subway is always fresh! They really live up to their company’s motto; I never worry about if the food I am eating is expired or not cause their food is open to the public eye and you can see the employees constantly refilling their meats or veggies and do regular code checks to make sure none of the food is expired. I am always satisfied with the tastes and flavors of every sub combination I order there! It’s a very nice feeling to know your subs are truly made the way you want it and at a good price!”
