“Always a great time in Gettysburg at the Dobbin House. We always spend our New Year there and we are never disappointed. This year was exceptional. The food was over the top in quality and preparation. Service was good and staff was friendly. I think all of Gettysburg was there, but we still got our meal in a timely fashion. We stayed at the Inn and breakfast this year was also exceptional. We even had fresh fruit like they use to serve years ago. We will look forward to next year.”

“I am sooo glad that we have this restaurant in this town! I thought it was more like a Chinese restaurant, but they have lots of sushi and other Japanese dishes. I had Baked Rice with white sauce, and it is a must eat dish. I cannot live without Japanese food, so I am extremely happy. I highly recommend this restaurant!!”

Very Crowded, so a little wait for food, but Understandable. Crab cakes were full of lump crab, they were right, no filler! A tiny bit salty for me, but only if I had to find something wrong. Steamed shrimp wasn't hot. They kindly tried again. Came out scalding hot. Forgiven. OVERALL, SPECTACULAR, UNIQUE, LOVELY, DINING EXPERIENCE! Will be back! KUDOS!”

“We tried this place for the first time. It was quite busy. The inside is very nice, love the open rafters and all the old wood accents. It is very casual atmosphere and open design for socializing if you choose. The food was very good. My husband got crab cakes which he really enjoyed, the were made with REAL crab meat. I got the 4pc chicken with mashed potatoes. Which to my pleasant surprise were also REAL potatoes, not instant. It was a very nice dinner for 2. The only problem we had was it was very chilly in the dining area. I was really cold when our nice hot food came. It helped warm me up. We WILL go back for sure.”

“We went to the slopes right after Christmas. The atmosphere and coaches were awesome for learn-to-ski and learn-to-snowboard. The conditions were not ideal, as it was very icy right after Christmas, especially on the bunny slopes. The slopes had just opened a few days before we got there, so it was mainly fake snow. When we went back about early February the conditions were much better.”

Both were cooked well in brick ovens you can see from your table. It wasn't the quickest lunch but server was attentive and the food was quality.”

“We just had dinner here and I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. The interior is original with the most amazing floor! Now, on to the food... I have Celiac Disease and called ahead and asked about gluten free options. I was told that they can make anything they serve gluten free and that is exactly what they did. I was able to have the same meal as my husband, with just a few alterations to my servings. They even served me gluten free dinner rolls! Everything was so good! My husband said the imperial crab is the best crab dish he has ever had. Don't miss this place on your trip!”
