I'm only giving them three stars because of the price. I remember getting a coffee and a donut for $1.50 and I'm really not that old (admittedly, I'm no spring chicken, either). Now you can barely get out of there for $5. The coffee is fine and the donuts are good, but c'mon with the prices. I guess if you're accomplishment is being cheaper than Starbucks, you're doing yourself proud, Dunkin peeps.
Sometimes service is great, sometimes they run out of donuts. The staff are usually friendly. If you have a big order, call ahead or you run the risk off not getting any donuts.
My biggest went pretty smooth, it was not a bad time. The people were polite and my order was handled in a timely fashion. I'm not sure if you would kall this fast food because it definitely wasn't prepared as such but overall it was decent. It was everything that I would expect from a franchised food restaurant nothing extra.
I ordered a large coffee with two creams on the side and Two Sugars on the side and two glazed donuts. It took nine minutes to get through the drive-thru which isn't too bad. But the girl was in such a hurry she forgot to give me my Two Sugars therefore I did not get to drink my coffee. If it was not for that I would have given them five stars
I've been here a bunch of times. Sometimes they have pretty good deals but I don't go as much now because last time I was there, I ordered a drink off the menu and they charged me more than what it said on the menu. When I told the girl at the counter about it, she just stared at me blankly and offered no indication that she 1) Understood what I was saying 2) Cared 3) Wanted to fix my issue or even fix the issue for the next customer. So, I saw the manager and told her about it. She was very professional about it, but didn't try to fix the issue either. lol. Strange...
