Very Personable And Good Customer Service. Rose Did Real Good.

Only went through the drive-thru here but I've been in there before and it's a decent and convenient place to grab a bite.
Can be tough getting out of there during traffic times though ????

I stopped at the closest Arby’s after a very long exhausting day at work. I expected to just pull up and most likely be rushed to place my order by someone in a hurry but, instead I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted so nicely by a woman who was friendly, gracious and kind. This woman actually made me feel better just by her up beat sincere greeting. When I pulled up to the window I made sure to thank her. A lot of times we tell people about the negative help but rarely thank them for the wonderful help. I wish I would of gotten her name. She worked the window at the Arby’s in Castle Shannon around 4:00-5:00pm on Friday May 31st. Thank you again for making me smile and feel better after an exhausting day.

Not bad service, timely manner. Nice staff and food was good but the soft drinks were definitely past due in needing replaced for the Dr Pepper and Coke.

Two fish sandwiches for $5.00. Not a bad deal. It would have been nice, however, to have had a bit of cheese, lettace, and tomato on the sandwich. Just another place to get just OK fast food. These places are convenient if one is on the road. I wish one of these chains would serve a fish burger as it is done in Florida.
