Philly Pretzel Factory

Meh. Always out of something I want when I'm there (it's a small menu too) pretzels were okay. Honestly prefer Auntie Anne's than this supposed "Philly" style pretzel. Was looking forward to it too, but it's also overpriced.

I go here weekly. The pretzels are always warm and fresh. Love the buttercream and honey mustard dips. The staff are always fantastic!

Great pretzels, great price! We had a random hankering for hot pretzels we live near Carson Street so we usually go to the pretzel place down there, but they weren't open so we googled and found Philly Pretzel Factory. We got a pretzel wrapped hot sausage and the five for $5 pretzel deal with nacho cheese for dipping. It was more than enough for three people, we had two pretzels leftover initially, but they got eaten within another hour lol. The pretzels were warm and plump and very good. Well salted and they come attached to each other as a long multi-pretzel tower thing, it was pretty sweet. The ones we got were super fresh, and the cheese sauce was good; basic nacho cheese sauce.

The sausage roll was good, little dry so definitely was enhanced by dipping in the cheese sauce or a little ketchup or something.

Will definitely come back and try some of the other things, especially with the prices and quality of our last order!

Usually get a rivet and pretzel dog tray for new years. We go more often for pretzel dogs...they're so good! The last few times have been exceptionally good...better than normal. Keep it up!
