Arby's

This location always has the freshest food and the friendliest staff. But last visit, they forgot my curly fries in a takeout order. I called to complain and was told I'd get free fries next time I went back. Went today and they comped my entire lunch! Now that's customer service. My favorite location in all Greater Pittsburgh :)

Had multiple orders and an odd request in one... there were no issues and it was lunch rush too. Great job!!

Fast friendly service and wonderful food. I had asked the manager a question about the Arby's sauce and he was very knowledgeable about it. It was an allergen info question and he responded promptly and intelligently. He was very professional about his response and showed a genuine respect for me. I admire that in management. The store was very neat and tidy, the food was nice and hot and fresh. Truly one of the better Arby's I've visited

This is by far the best Arby's, & possibly any fast food restaurant, I have ever been in! The staff was very nice & cheerful. They were also knowledgeable about the menu including special items only offered for a limited-time. The restaurant was clean, neat & busy. They even thanked me for coming in & said 'See you next time.' Kudos to the staff!
