(September 1, 2020, 5:26 pm)The wait was a bit long but that’s totally understandable for a local Starbucks. They apologized for the wait, cracked a couple of jokes, and gave us a $4 gift card as an apology!

(July 29, 2020, 6:21 pm)I went in today around 10:40am for my mobile order. The gentlemen working that area (I do not know his name) saw my drink was not completely full. He took the time to make this right, and apologized a few times for it. I have worked in the restaurant industry, and management for retail. This is truly AMAZING customer service. I want him to be recognized for going above and beyond, especially because they were super busy.
