Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Passing through on a roadtrip. The food was fantastic—best version of Popeyes chicken I’ve had. Everything was hot, crispy, and flavorful. You can tell that the owners take pride in their store.

We pulled in to KFC as per our normal deal. And what to our hungering stomachs did we see?? Lights on at Popeyes... could it be? Are they open? THEY WERE!! We got back in the car and drove over. The place smelled new and it was very bright! The very polite gentleman said they has been open 1 month and 6 days. They were friendly, singing in the back, food was so tasty, (no old oil taste) light, warm and served quickly.
Maybe they were busy right before we got there because the floors needed some TLC, but someone was on it while we ate.
We will be there often and suggest that you welcome them with empty bellies!
Oh, and Mac and cheese is to die for!

Ordered an 8 piece family meal, 2 wings, 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs and 2 breasts. When we got to the table and opened the box I noticed there were 3 thighs and only 1 breast. When I went to the counter and explained the discrepancy the situation was resolved beyond my expectations. The manager on duty told me to keep the extra thigh and then gave me 2 more breasts even though I was only shorted 1. The dining area was very clean, the employees were friendly and professional. The chicken was absolutely fantastic! Will definitely go back to Popeye’s in Harmerville for more great chicken!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Popeyes! I ordered the 5-piece chicken tenders and the classic 8-piece chicken meal, and I must say, the food was nothing short of amazing. The chicken tenders were incredibly tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning to give them that perfect Popeyes kick.
