Eat'n Park

Food wasn’t good, you could tell they use a lot of frozen food. The service was lack luster/mediocre. I had to ask for a booster seat and infant carrier holder they didn’t offer us any. The bathroom was disgusting someone must’ve vomited all over one of the toilets. Pretty disappointing experience.

They service staff was timely with the orders and friendly. I had trouble paying and getting on with my day. Stood in line then the cashier didn't take the money (cash). Then ran around to the manager then found the server who eventually came to the cashiers spot. Why do we have to practice policy implementation on customers? Just take my money then correct your staff.

I love the service up there and the buffet on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays are so good and delicious. The workers are very kind. I will definitely return.

My first time eating at this establishment & my last!
Extremely poor service by our waitress Melissa. Had to flag her down 3 times. 1st to take our order, more coffee & ask for a box & check please.
If I've got to waive , get up & walk to ask another waitress to please contact the waitress for service.
I've waitress many years & support all there hard work they do & love to tip & thank them.
I can only think she's having an off or bad day today.

Usually great in all respects, and go there once A month for a breakfast Ordered eggs Benedict VERY runny eggs last 2 times. Both times they were not runny. I didn't complain but was very disappointed.

On bright side, my guest ordered a dozen smiley cookies to go. She dropped them while exiting. We picked up all the pieces to throw away. The cashier saw what happened and replaced the entire dozen at no charge.
Very nice gesture!

Also wish they offered tomato juice. (They offer V8, but that's not tomato juice.)
