Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Great service and amazing management. I've had one the best burgers here. One of their server is very hospitable & nice her name is Courtney. I wanted some changes in burger so she took care of it and manager came with my order. Manager too had a great personality. I will insist again and reccomend my friends to.do the same.

First time visit to Red Robin and it was delicious our server Sophie was also excellent. We had lunch and my granddaughter got mac and cheese re fills!. Thanks

Perfect and our server was fantastic. I don't recall her name, but she had dark hair up in a ponytail with it cut quite short underneath, nearly in the shape of a triangle (unique and rad 'do). I hope to get her every time we go. All our food was correct and delicious, and we dang near cleaned our plates. I love that they offer mandarin oranges as a side for the kids meals.

Very friendly and fast service. The server was very attentive. The garlic fries had actual garlic on them not just seasoned.

I'm here on a early Tues night. They are not busy and not understaffed yet it took 20 min after seating us to take our drink order, then another 15 min to get it and take our food order. We did not see the waitress again until the food came out at which point we saw her 1.5min into eating and again 3 times within 10 min after that. Food was great though.
