    I love Panera. Their food and service is always outstanding, HOWEVER.... I ordered a bagel and the cream cheese was extra. Who eats a bagel without cream cheese?? I think one tiny thing of cream cheese should probably come with the bagel, and any extra can be charged. AND they didn't slice my bagel. Who TF just stuffs an unsliced bagel down their face without cream cheese?! Other than that, awesome place!

    Great food but took forever. Giving the benefit of the doubt and the fact that they just opened, we let it slide. Love Panera, just hope they can iron out the kinks at this location soon.
