Starbucks

I ordered a chai Frappuccino, but it wasn’t blended. I was surprised to see that it had chunks of ice in it, and didn’t have any whipped cream and the extra toppings I asked for. It tastes good, but could have been better.

the workers were really sweet, my friend ordered a coffee and it wasn’t the one she had in mind so they let her reorder and keep both drinks without extra charge!! i asked for green tea but there wasn’t any and the worker let me choose another flavor:))

This Starbucks has one major drawback - the fact that you have to tell someone that you're there for a mobile order. I almost exclusively order mobile orders at any Starbucks, and this is the only one I've seen that actually has a printed sign hanging in an unassuming location to inform you that you have to tell them you're here to pick up an order. I've only done it twice because the most recent time they didn't start making my order until I arrived, and the first time I didn't see the sign and my drink just sat there until I asked for it, and they responded with "yeah, you have to tell us when you're here."
