Piada Italian Street Food

Wow! 1st, I have to say we were there before they opened and got free meals thanks to their pre-opening trial run.

Didn't know what to expect, but Piada is fast food Italian and it's delicious!

We were amazed at the quality of the calamari. Yes, we got calamari at a fast food place and it was the best calamari I've had in quite a while. They have a good selection of wraps, but we both got pasta. You pick your size, pasta, sauce, & protein and they make it for you. We had to wait a few minutes, since we chose calamari as our protein, but it was still very fast.

The only thing we don't recommend are the Piada sticks. Not very good. Definitely won't order one again. Both of our entrees were wonderful!

If you want great food that is unique, tasty and high quality this is the place! The chefs are excellent and available to answer all your questions. The staff is a cut above with their service and helpfulness. And they were fast.
