The Lot at Edgewater

Whether having breakfast or dinner by the fire on the patio you can be sure to find an interesting menu. Green Eggs and Ham are not really like the Dr Seuss offering but are on the menu. Like bacon? Try the bacon steak. Sausage is homemade and the patty is more the size of a burger. Like the thin pancakes made famous during the Obama presidency at Pamela's? Try The Lot version. Servers Sara and Savannah are worth a mention. Also pet friendly patio if you have a well-behaved pooch. Only strange thing is you have to ask for a spoon to stir your coffee. You are sure to find something you will like at The Lot.

Here you go, one of my rare 5 star awards. I've been to the Lot twice and the food was outstanding both times. The place can get pretty busy in the evening so don't go if you're in any sort of hurry. At the same time, the place has a really nice hang-out vibe to enjoy the evening.

The Lot at Edgewater handled our baby shower luncheon perfectly! I cannot recommend them enough for any private parties. From the menu & drink planning to the attentive service from the two servers assigned to our party of ~50, from the yummy food to the way they plated the cupcakes and desserts we brought, everything was wonderful!

I've only been there for breakfast and it was awesome. The braised short rib hash was incredible. The restaurant is very modern with a large outdoor covered patio that has 3 fire pits. It looks like wine and cocktails are their specialty. They also have a small selection of beers. The cocktails, wine and beers are on tap. The prices are a little on the high side but the quality appears to justify the prices.

Nice decor, modern and clean. The focus is on casual and comfort. The tables are spaces far enough apart to have an intimate conversation. The food was delicious. The server was patient and always available.
