Tepache Mexican Kitchen & Bar

Service was great, very attentive. Seems pretty clean as I saw someone cleaning each individual wooden blind on the windows while I was waiting for my friends to show up. Food was pretty good although I'm not big on Mexican to start so I wouldn't be the type to rave about it. However I will rave on those Brussel sprouts cause they were fire.

Tepache is one of Pittsburgh's best Mexican restaurants. My personal favorite. This second location is such a great addition to the city.
The atmosphere and decor are great! The staff are really nice. And the food and drinks are mouth watering! Authentic dishes with layers of flavor. You can't go wrong with anything. The dish I'm currently obsessed with is the Arroz Con Pollo but I substitute pollo with camarones.
I recommend Tepache to everyone who likes Mexican food - you will not be disappointed.

We will most definitely be back! We wanted to experience as much as we could for our first visit,so we ordered the guacamole that they make tableside and the elote appetizers. But were delectable. I ordered the chimichanga with pulled chicken. The chicken was flavorful, moist and so tender I almost didn't need to chew. My husband ordered the fajitas with chicken, beef and shrimp and if I wasn't already so busy eating my chimichanga, he may not have been able to get any of his fajita. I tasted it and almost wished I'd ordered what he did. For dessert, we ordered the churro platter and we're not disappointed. The churros were crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside and served up fresh.

The place was clean, comfortable, not terribly loud and the atmosphere was relaxed. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. You gotta try this place!

I've been to their other location and this one rivals it. Quality of the food is great, the place looks really nice and the service is top notch. We went there for lunch and it was busy but still got our food in a very timely manner. We'll be definitely going again.

We really enjoyed it. The food was very good. I got the pick 3/2 combo and everything was tasty. I love the ground beef. My wife had the steak fajitas. The only complaint we had was some of the meat was a little chewy. The margaritas went down smooth. The service was spot on. Especially only being open 2 days at that point we usually expect some issues while everyone is learning the ropes but the food came out fast and our waitstaff could not have been better. We will be back very soon.
