Food is great service is fast but not very friendly

Very friendly place to eat and talk. It was clean and the employees were nice. And of course the donuts are good. It's Dunkin Donuts....!

I’m revising my review. I was already contacted by corporate to address my concerns.

I love their coffee but the afternoon employees are rude! The morning employees are nice and have great customer service. I went Sunday afternoon and was barely spoken to! I think it was racial to be honest.

Great people great service. Can be very busy at times. Good location coffee and donuts before that long trip on the parkway.

My wife & I stopped in during lunchtime on a whim after visiting a nearby client job site. After a brief wait behind two customers in line, a nice young fellow asked how he could help us. We said that we'd like to buy 2 dozen donuts. His manager, who had been standing behind him said "What's with all of the late risers today looking for donuts?" (In a non joking manner). I told him that my wife and I had been everywhere from Wexford & Monroeville, to Penn hills since 7am and thought donuts would be a nice treat to take home. He didn't apologize. We felt judged as lazy late bloomers who sleep in every day or something.
The donuts were up to par as expected, though the selection was slim. It is after all a 'donut shop', so should it matter what time one arrives? Should they not be refilling the donut racks after a morning rush in a donut shop? We didn't complain about the selection while there; that was an afterthought. We did however mention to the nice lad who took our order that the place smelled sour as if an old dirty dish rag was used to wipe the floors..but we said that in a nice whisper so someone could fix it.
