Alihan's Mediterranean Cuisine

My friend and I went for a later dinner. We each had tea and then shared a delicious and beautifully presented Greek salad, grape leaves, and Mediterranean eggplant. We dug into the eggplant and grape leaves so quickly I didn’t get a picture of them. Everything was really good, especially the eggplant. Service was attentive and helpful but not overbearing. We would go back.

Alihan's is one of my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh. The food is top quality and authentic Mediterranean, but it is the atmosphere and service that makes it such a pleasant place to enjoy a meal with family and friends.
It remains formal while retaining a casual feel.

Most meals can be shared, leaving room for plenty of Turkish coffee and beautiful Turkish desserts. And as other people mentioned, I always get the Chef Borek too.

Delicious food and warm ambiance. Staff is helpful. We enjoyed every time we dine in here. Good addition to Pittsburgh downtown.

Great food and very friendly people. My wife and I decided to have our rehearsal dinner prior to our wedding here and they were very helpful in setting up the event and so easy to work with. They provided exceptional service and our guests loved it. It’s one of the few, if not only, BYOB restaurants in downtown, which is always a great option!
