    TLDR:
Pizza is uncreative but tastes fine, just make sure to ask for sauce to be ON the pizza. Chicken and garlic bread are great here. Don't bother with a salad.

I've eaten at Caprioni's twice now, though I don't think I'll be going back for a third.
First of all, the staff is really nice and I got my food quickly and hot, so we started off well.
I've tried a variety of food in my two visits, specifically a pizza, popcorn chicken, garlic bread, and a salad.
I was pretty impressed by the popcorn chicken which was perfectly crispy on the outside and still moist on the inside, and the garlic bread was fantastic. So many buttery slices perfectly toasted and covered in flavorful herbs.
I had high hopes for the pizza with how good the garlic bread was, but was sadly disappointed. The sauce was good but there was VERY little on my pizza and poorly balanced with too much cheese. The crust was good but I really couldn't enjoy it when the sauce was practically nonexistent. Not only was the pizza in general lacking, the options for the pizza was too. The majority of the specials are just the same ten ingredients mixed and matched a bit differently. Literally no creativity here. Give me taco pizza or something interesting if you're going to call it "special".
Unlike the pizza, I didn't expect much for the salad and I was right not to. Not only was it prepared bare handed by the same people handling the registers, the iceberg lettuce tasted sour and the knife cutting the tomatoes had clearly been cross contaminated with something else. But this is a pizza place, so really, who cares?
