Chipotle Mexican Grill

Good food fast. However, the workers act as though the food is being paid for out of their pockets. They have to be told to ADD more of what you want.

They did great considering how busy they were. Food was excellent. Could have been cleaner

My biggest issue with this Chipotle (and honestly most fast food spots) is its consistency. Sometimes the staff is cheerful and sometimes you can tell you're bothering them. Overall I usually have a positive experience. Portions are typically fair and the food quality is consistently good, but the presentation can be hit or miss. Some borritos make me anxious to eat, and some I've wanted to throw away because if how messy they were. Overall if you like Chipotle you'll likely be satisfied with your experience here.

3 stars is generous, but I'm a nice person. All of the tables are filthy. The drink dispenser area could use a good scrubbing as well. The employees are miserable. I ordered a veggie burrito and got about a tablespoon of veggies on it total. My burrito was about 90% full of very dry bland rice. We also got nachos and cheese. The cheese was gritty and separating. It was truly disgusting. Not worth the money.

The taste of the food is amazing but the staff and presentation need work. The staff is very mechanical and basically just seem to want to take your order and get you in and out even when it's not a rush. The counter/kitchen also appear like a dank cave...not dirty or anything...just not the best presentation; could use a bit more colors and brightness to match the food and proposed atmosphere.
