We visited the restaurant and the atmosphere is nice. The steak burger and pulled pork sandwich were good but quite oily. They also have a selection of four sauces, you can serve yourself in small plastic cups. These also have a lot of oil.
There is usually a line to get in and you order and pay at the counter,. Then a staff member tells you which table to use (where plates and a glass bottle of water await), but then does not include that information in the order, so when the food is ready someone brings it out and has to call around the dinning room for the name. Patrons are heavily encouraged to feed the tip jar, shared among all.
Some of the items seemed a little pricey, such as the empanadas, which are tiny.
Overall I am glad we went but once is enough.
One of our absolute favorite spots in Pittsburgh! The food is incredible! It is nourishing, delicious and vibrant! The sauces will knock your socks off. The staff is super cool too! Way to go!!!
Consistently the best restaurant in Pittsburgh. Keto Friendly and very reasonably priced. The steak is always cooked perfectly and the sides are to die for. Try the Carrots with goat cheese and honey, you won't regret it. Great atmosphere and the line moves fast.
The best restaurant in Western Pennsylvania. The steak sandwich, bread, corn, chicken... Damn near everything is outstanding. Just wish the lines weren't so long. Love the BYOB!
Amazing food! Everything we ordered was wonderful. The sauces were great and offered a wide range of flavors to compliment the meat. The sausage was excellent. The chicken we ordered was extremely juicy. They had a soup of the day: pumpkin. It was very tasty!
